Finished in a cement board cladding and a silicone scraped texture render, this design truly sets off an entirely modern appearance which can be admired from every angle. The combination of materials used, along with the desired colour choices, provides the wow-factor this design deserves.
The idea behind this project was to completely uplift the existing property, creating a home which can be enjoyed by homeowners, close family and guests. This can be seen through the extension at the rear of the property which completely opens up the living space, enabling homeowners to host gatherings, whilst allowing the children to open the bi-fold doors and let them enjoy the large decking and garden on those hot summer days.
